About the Role

The Compliance Manager will oversee regulatory adherence, conduct risk assessments, implement compliance programs, and support audits and reporting across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Monitor regulatory changes and assess impact on business operations
• Develop and maintain compliance policies and procedures
• Conduct internal audits to verify adherence to standards
• Lead compliance training initiatives for employees
• Evaluate risks related to financial, operational, and legal factors
• Prepare reports for regulators and internal stakeholders
• Collaborate with legal and risk management teams
• Support investigations into compliance concerns
• Maintain documentation for audits and reviews
• Ensure alignment with anti-money laundering regulations
• Oversee third-party compliance due diligence
• Respond to compliance inquiries from external parties
• Track compliance metrics and performance indicators
• Manage compliance case management systems
• Assist in the development of compliance dashboards
• Coordinate with international offices on regulatory requirements
• Identify gaps in current compliance frameworks
• Propose improvements to compliance workflows
• Support incident escalation and resolution processes
• Ensure data privacy compliance across systems
• Work with finance teams on reporting obligations
• Review marketing materials for regulatory accuracy
• Participate in system implementation projects
• Maintain relationships with external auditors
• Support periodic certification processes
