What You'll Do
Oversee regulatory compliance across the organization by conducting regular reviews and assessments to ensure alignment with applicable laws and standards. Act as the central resource for employees seeking guidance on compliance matters or wishing to report concerns.
Develop and manage the review of internal policies, training content, marketing materials, and communications to meet regulatory expectations. Lead the design and execution of internal audit and monitoring programs to proactively identify and address compliance risks.
Direct the development and update of compliance frameworks in response to new regulations. Prepare detailed compliance reports, maintain the organization’s risk register, and escalate identified risks through proper channels.
Conduct training sessions to reinforce legal and regulatory awareness across teams. Serve as the primary liaison during regulatory engagements, including coordinating visits, fulfilling requests, and managing communication with SAMA and other authorities.
Lead the evaluation of regulatory changes and support the implementation of updated requirements. Analyze outcomes from enforcement actions and contribute to corrective measures. Review and assess whistleblower reports in line with internal protocols.
Requirements
- Hold a bachelor’s degree in Law, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
