HALA Logo is seeking a Compliance Manager to own the integrity of our regulatory framework. You'll be responsible for ensuring our adherence to all applicable regulations, designing robust compliance programs, and serving as the key point of contact for both internal teams and external regulators.
What You'll Do
- Conduct periodic regulatory reviews and investigations of compliance issues.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for employees to seek clarification on compliance matters or report irregularities.
- Design and coordinate the preparation of regulatory reviews for policies, procedures, training materials, and marketing materials.
- Establish self-review and compliance monitoring programs.
- Coordinate the creation, review, and implementation of policies stemming from new laws and regulations.
- Write detailed compliance reports and update the risk register.
- Escalate any identified noncompliance risks.
- Lead employee training sessions on legal and compliance issues.
- Coordinate and host regulatory visits, including those from SAMA.
- Perform SAMA’s requests and reports.
- Be the primary point of contact with regulators.
- Lead the implementation of new regulations and the analysis of any regulatory penalties.
- Review whistleblowing reports.

- A Bachelor’s degree in Law, Finance, Business Administration, or an equivalent field.
