MLabs is hiring a Community Lead to take full end-to-end ownership of our Web3/DeFi protocol's community strategy. You will shape how users, developers, and advocates engage with the platform, building and activating a community that drives adoption.

What You'll Do

Design and execute a comprehensive community strategy from the ground up that drives engagement, education, and evangelism.
Build, manage, and scale online communities across key platforms like Discord, X, and Telegram, cultivating a positive culture.
Lead the creation of community-focused content initiatives and organize digital and in-person events like AMAs and workshops.
Grow and empower the next generation of on-chain users, developers, and advocates.
Translate community feedback into actionable insights for the product team.
Act as a key public-facing representative for the protocol, creating clarity, energy, and momentum within decentralized groups.

What We're Looking For

Proven experience designing and executing community strategies from scratch.
Deep, hands-on experience building and managing communities on Discord, X, and Telegram.
Strong track record of creating community content and organizing both digital and in-person events.
Excellent communication skills and experience acting as a public-facing representative.
Ability to translate community feedback into clear, actionable product insights.
Genuine passion for onboarding the next generation of users into Web3 and DeFi.
