cribl is hiring a Community Impact Program Manager

About the Role

Cribl is looking for a Community Impact Program Manager to make a direct impact on our company culture by designing and scaling programs that help employees feel anchored, connected, and part of something meaningful. In this role, you will own two high-engagement pillars: our Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) and community giving through Goats Give Back (GGB).

What You'll Do

  • Strengthen employee connection and community by designing programs and moments that bring employees together across locations, teams, and backgrounds.
  • Own and evolve the Employee Resource Group (ERG) program, supporting leaders and sponsors, building scalable infrastructure, and ensuring ERGs contribute meaningfully to culture and business goals.
  • Lead and expand our Goats Give Back (GGB) community impact initiatives, including our annual volunteer program and new team engagement opportunities.
  • Create and launch a new external-facing community impact program that integrates giving-back opportunities into customer and partner events where appropriate.
  • Develop playbooks, toolkits, and training to help ERG leaders operate effectively and consistently.
  • Use project management rigor to ensure programs are well-run, impactful, and continually improving.
  • Build trusted cross-functional partnerships with executive leadership, Corporate Marketing, and other internal teams to bring programs to life.
  • Evaluate program performance using clear success metrics, employee feedback, and operational insights.
  • Occasionally perform duties outside standard working hours due to our remote-first work across many time zones.

What We're Looking For

  • A passion for building community, strengthening culture, and creating experiences that help people feel connected and motivated.
  • Experience designing or managing programs related to community engagement, employee programming, events, fundraising, volunteering, or similar.
  • Ability to work with leaders across the business and influence outcomes through relationships, communication, and program design.
  • Experience planning and managing events or initiatives that unite distributed teams or diverse groups.
  • A proven track record of building and scaling Employee Resource Group and community impact programs that drive measurable impact.
  • Exceptional project management skills: highly organized, detail focused, and data driven with the ability to deal with ambiguity, manage projects, and prioritize conflicting deadlines.
  • Strong strategic thinking paired with reliable execution; you can zoom out and design for scale, and then dig in and make it happen.
  • You’re a systems thinker who can connect the dots across people strategy, operations, and culture while bringing creativity, empathy, and pragmatism to your work.
  • Strong communication and storytelling abilities, with the charisma and credibility to engage both senior leaders and frontline employees.
  • Comfortable facilitating conversations, gathering insights, and bringing a pulse on what employees need to feel connected and supported.

Nice to Have

  • Strong business acumen and experience working cross-functionally with HR and leadership teams.

Team & Environment

You will work closely with ERG leads, executive team ERG sponsors, Talent Acquisition, Internal Communications, and leaders across the business.
