The RIPE NCC is looking for a Community Development Manager to establish a long-term vision for engaging with diverse communities across our service region. You will lead a team to deliver impactful programs and partnerships, setting the engagement strategy and overseeing flagship activities.
What You'll Do
- Set the vision and tactics for engagement with membership and the RIPE community across more than 70 countries, ensuring activities are inclusive and aligned with long-term goals.
- Lead and support a team working on diverse projects, including academic outreach, partnerships, sponsorships, Internet measurement initiatives, and fellowship programs.
- Align team efforts under shared objectives, foster collaboration, and ensure delivery of measurable outcomes that strengthen community engagement.
- Collaborate with teams like Communications and Events to oversee flagship activities, including RIPE Meetings, regional meetings, RIPE NCC Days, and Internet Measurement Days.
- Develop and manage sponsorships and partnerships to support events and promote data services and platforms like RIPE Atlas, RIS, K-root, and AuthDNS.
