Ffern is hiring a Community Coordinator, Social Media to be the voice of our brand and create meaningful connections with our community. You’ll become an expert in our seasonal fragrance releases and ledger memberships while delivering exceptional customer service, with clear development paths within our customer experience team.
What You'll Do
- Reply to incoming messages and comments across all social media platforms.
- Manage community interactions on Instagram, Facebook, Meta Ads, TikTok, TikTok Ads/Business, and YouTube.
- Monitor and engage with Ffern's tagged posts and other social mentions.
- Identify areas for improvement and report on key findings.
- Flag and escalate issues, and collaborate with the wider Community team to meet Customer Service KPIs.

Work Mode
