About the Role

Network180 is hiring a Communications Coordinator to support its communications, outreach, and community engagement efforts. In this role, you will assist with implementing activities that increase awareness of our services, reduce stigma, and foster positive community relationships.

What You'll Do

  • Execute communication strategies and manage materials.
  • Support events and ensure information about Network180 services is clear, accurate, and accessible.
  • Work closely with the Communications Director and team members.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, Human Services, or related field; or associate’s degree and at least two years of relevant experience.
  • Relevant experience (internship, volunteer, or professional).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Social media and digital content creation skills.
  • Ability to build relationships with diverse communities.
  • Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Cloud, and other web platforms.
  • Possession of a valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation for job-related use.
  • Ability to adhere to Network180 policies resulting from the HIPAA privacy rules.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in healthcare, nonprofit, behavioral health, or public sector.
  • Experience supporting events, outreach, or community engagement.
  • Knowledge of community mental health systems.
  • Experience with photography.
  • Experience with creative software, such as Canva.
  • Lived experience valued.
