Netflix is hiring a Commercial Senior Relationship Manager to manage an assigned portfolio of the bank’s most complex and significant commercial loan and deposit relationships. You will be responsible for developing new business, servicing existing clients, and fostering community presence to drive growth.
What You'll Do
- Service customers seeking loan and/or deposit relationships of large dollar amounts and high complexity.
- Interview applicants to understand business needs, evaluate credit information, and make relationship recommendations.
- Maximize department profitability by maintaining a high-quality loan portfolio.
- Monitor existing loans to ensure compliance with terms and maintain complete credit files.
- Participate in a formal call program to develop new loan, deposit, and fee-based business.
- Follow market trends to increase the bank's business in established and developing markets.
- Represent the bank in civic and community activities.
- Manage and retain existing clients and work closely with internal contacts to service them.
- Coach and mentor junior relationship managers.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's Degree or four years of relevant experience.
- Minimum of seven years of commercial portfolio management experience.
- Strong financial analysis skills and knowledge of banking credit principles.
- General knowledge of banking and the bank's various commercial fee-based products.
- Applied knowledge of bank policies and procedures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact diplomatically at all levels.
- Ability to sell effectively to prospects and clients.
- Excellent presentation skills.
Benefits & Compensation
- Annual salary range: $134,216.04 - $223,693.40 (USD).
