Braze is hiring a Commercial Sales Engineer, US East & Latin America

About the Role

Braze is hiring a Commercial Sales Engineer to support our US East & Latin America region. You will help customers understand technical value throughout the sales process by combining your storytelling and technical skills.

What You'll Do

  • Help customers understand the value of Cribl during the sales process.
  • Demo the product and answer customer questions during sales calls.
  • Support customers during proof steps such as workshops and POVs.
  • Document interesting use cases in blog posts.

What We're Looking For

  • A minimum of 2 years in Sales Engineering.
  • Experience with Logs, Metrics, IT Operations, and Security.
  • Professional fluency in Spanish.

Nice to Have

  • Portuguese language skills.
  • Security industry experience.

Work Mode

This is a remote position. Candidates must be located in the United States. The role is based in Dallas, Texas.
