Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for commercial roles (Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Operations)
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand business needs and hiring priorities
- Build and nurture diverse talent pipelines through active sourcing and networking
- Conduct structured interviews and evaluate candidates for both skills and culture fit
- Ensure an outstanding candidate experience from first contact to contract signature
- Support all stages of the employee journey (onboarding, development, retention, etc.) ensuring a seamless, positive experience for every JOINer
- Maintain and optimise our HRIS and internal recruiting systems (surveys, review cycles, comms tools), ensuring employee data is accurate, updated and organised
Requirements
- 3–4 years of full-cycle recruiting experience (in-house or agency)
- Proven experience hiring for commercial roles in B2B or SaaS environments
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Skilled in sourcing through LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search and creative outreach
- Comfortable managing multiple roles and priorities in parallel
- High attention to detail, organisation and a proactive approach to problem-solving
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to report and optimise based on insights

- Experience hiring in multiple EU markets
- Background in SaaS, HR Tech, or fast-scaling startups
