Handshake is seeking experienced Commercial Pilots to join as AI Trainers on a contract basis. In this role, you will leverage your aviation expertise to evaluate AI model outputs, assess content, and provide structured feedback to train models on tasks and language specific to the commercial pilot field.
What You'll Do
- Develop prompts for AI models that reflect the commercial pilot field.
- Evaluate AI model responses related to the commercial pilot field.
- Deliver clear, structured feedback to strengthen AI model understanding of workplace tasks and language.
What We're Looking For
- At least 4 years of professional experience as a commercial pilot.
- Experience in one or more of the listed types of work (e.g., pre-flight checks, co-piloting, flight planning, in-flight monitoring, communication with ATC, etc.).
- Ability to participate in asynchronous work in partnership with leading AI labs.
