About the Role

Rhino Entertainment Group is hiring a strategic Commercial Manager to own the growth, profitability, and execution of our business in the Indian market. Reporting to the Commercial Director, you will have full P&L ownership and coordinate across marketing, product, and operations. This role is central to our commercial success in a key territory.

What You'll Do

  • Own the P&L for India and drive growth in line with budget and performance targets.
  • Prepare quarterly and annual budgets, and lead monthly reporting of actuals versus targets.
  • Oversee all activities across paid acquisition, digital, CRM, promotions, product, and VIP.
  • Lead quarterly growth planning, aligning internal stakeholders and agency partners.
  • Conduct competitor and regulatory analysis, acting as the local market expert.
  • Run mystery shopping, site audits, and oversee local player experience testing.
  • Ensure UX, promotions, content, and payment flows are optimized for Indian users.
  • Coordinate cross-functional execution to ensure consistency and alignment.
  • Deliver detailed monthly market reports on performance, behavior, and trends.

What We're Looking For

  • Experience in iGaming, e-commerce, FMCG, or fintech with a focus on the Indian market.
  • Strong commercial acumen with a track record of delivering on revenue and margin goals.
  • Hands-on experience working with internal marketing, product, and agency teams.
  • Strategic thinking, attention to detail, and exceptional communication skills.
