Responsibilities

- Collaborate with operations teams to enhance performance, control costs, and align value creation with production goals
- Take full accountability for the site's financial outcomes, maintaining strong governance, precise reporting, and regulatory compliance
- Manage the planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes, providing forward-looking insights to guide leadership decisions
- Advance data-driven analysis to uncover risks, opportunities, and practical performance enhancements
- Oversee capital investment governance and prioritization, ensuring sound financial judgment throughout project lifecycles
- Foster a mindset of continuous improvement and commercial awareness within site leadership
- Develop and sustain effective relationships with Joint Venture partners and key external parties
- Lead, mentor, and strengthen the capabilities of a high-performing finance team
