This role focuses on managing the full cycle of collections and accounts receivable activities, ensuring financial accuracy and compliance while supporting healthy cash flow. You will monitor delinquent accounts, prioritize follow-ups, and engage with customers to facilitate timely payments.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the entire collections workflow, from identifying overdue accounts to executing follow-up actions that improve collection speed and effectiveness
- Investigate and resolve billing or payment discrepancies by reviewing receivables data, coordinating with internal teams, and verifying corrections with customers
- Ensure billing and invoicing records are accurate and up to date through routine audits and reconciliation processes
- Keep accounts receivable documentation compliant with company policies and regulatory standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners to confirm payment details and streamline payment processing
- Generate and share financial reports related to receivables to support strategic decision-making
- Identify and apply process improvements to enhance the efficiency of collections operations
- Stay informed about changes in regulations, industry practices, and emerging technologies relevant to accounts receivable
Qualifications
Applicants must have at least two years of experience in collections or a related financial role. Strong command of the English language (level C1) is required, along with advanced skills in Excel and familiarity with Microsoft Office applications including Word and PowerPoint.
Experience working with enterprise resource planning systems such as JDE, SAP, Salesforce, or NIS is essential. Prior experience in a Shared Service Center environment is considered an advantage.
