Afirme Grupo Financiero is hiring a Collections Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will manage the complete lifecycle of insurance policy collections, including payment processing, client communications, and administrative follow-up. Your work will ensure accurate financial records and a positive client experience.
What You'll Do
- Receive and respond to approximately 100 daily emails.
- Send invoices and supplements.
- Send initial and subsequent receipts.
- Send payment references for overdue payments.
- Send account statements for fleets or policies in general.
- Clarify policy status (paid or without electronic collection).
- Manage policy domiciliation: additions, cancellations, and modifications in company systems.
- Process premium refund checks.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Administration.
- Experience in Administration and collections.
