CoverGo is looking for a Collection Analyst to join our Risk & Compliance department. This role focuses on managing and resolving chargeback processes to protect the company from financial loss.
What You'll Do
- Analyze and process chargeback claims and payment disputes
- Investigate transaction details and gather required evidence
- Maintain accurate records of all chargeback cases and resolutions
- Collaborate with internal teams to identify and mitigate transaction risks
- Monitor and report on chargeback trends and performance metrics
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in a collection analyst, chargeback analyst, or similar role within financial services
- Strong understanding of payment processing, dispute resolution, and risk management
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple cases simultaneously
- Effective communication skills for internal collaboration
