CrowdStrike is hiring a Collaboration & Tools Engineer (Remote, IND)

CrowdStrike is looking for a Collaboration & Tools Engineer to manage and optimize our portfolio of enterprise collaboration platforms serving 12,000+ employees globally. In this remote role based in India, you will be responsible for administering and securing multiple enterprise tools, ensuring platform reliability, security compliance, and seamless integration with our identity and security frameworks.

What You'll Do

• Administer multiple collaboration platforms: Asana, SmartSheet, Box, Dropbox, Miro, Kaltura, and NextUp.AI.
• Configure platform settings, policies, security controls, and user lifecycle management.
• Manage access controls, permissions, sharing settings, and monitor security compliance.
• Support security incident response and maintain Okta integrations for automated provisioning and SSO.
• Support API integrations, manage platform connections, and optimize platform configurations.
• Implement best practices, monitor platform usage, drive user adoption, and enhance user experience.

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of SaaS platform administration and 3+ years with enterprise collaboration tools.
• A strong background in security implementation and experience with identity integration.
• A track record of multi-platform support with experience in Asana Enterprise, Miro Enterprise, Box Enterprise, Dropbox Enterprise, SmartSheet Enterprise, Kaltura, and NextUp.AI.
• Technical skills in SSO/SAML, REST APIs, PowerShell/Python, Identity Management, and Security Controls.
• Core competencies: multi-platform expertise, security awareness, problem-solving, communication, and project management.
• Proven ability in platform operations, security controls implementation, and service management.

Nice to Have

• Project management or security certifications.
• Experience with identity platforms, automation, change management, cost optimization, or training development.
