Midi Health is looking for a Collaborating Physician (1099 Contract) to provide essential legal and administrative support for Nurse Practitioners in our virtual women's health clinic. This non-clinical role focuses on fulfilling state collaboration requirements, allowing NPs to practice at the top of their license.
What You'll Do
- Enter into formal Nurse Practitioner collaboration agreements as required by state law.
- Maintain active medical licensure in good standing for the duration of the contract.
- Participate in state-specific administrative requirements related to NP collaboration.
What We're Looking For
- Board-Certified MD or DO.
- Active, unrestricted, and unencumbered medical license in CA, TX, VA, or OH.
- Willingness to serve as the collaborating physician of record for Nurse Practitioners.
- Comfort working in a non-clinical, administrative capacity.
- Agreement to cover at least 50% of collaborating physician slots in states where Midi operates.
- Ability to maintain all required licensure and documentation throughout the contract period.
Team & Environment
