iSchool is looking for a Coding Instructor fluent in English to join our mission of empowering students with core concepts of coding and AI. In this role, you will deliver engaging online coding classes to students aged 6-18, creating a dynamic and supportive learning environment.

What You'll Do

Deliver engaging coding classes in a fluent English environment, ensuring clarity and understanding for all students.
Create interactive lesson plans tailored to various learning styles and skill levels.
Facilitate hands-on coding activities that encourage creativity and problem-solving.
Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to promote improvement.
Foster a positive and collaborative classroom environment that motivates students to excel.
Communicate effectively with parents and colleagues regarding student progress and course content.

What We're Looking For

A bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is essential.
Strong coding skills and proficiency in one or more programming languages such as Python, Java, or Scratch.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to create engaging and effective lesson plans that cater to diverse learners.
