Wizards of the Coast is hiring a Co-op Project Engineering student for our Skeleton Key studio. In this role, you will assist Engineers and Project Managers in bringing toys and games to life, from initial concept through manufacturing. You will support the team, lead Project Engineering work, and may take on independent project or product design responsibility.
What You'll Do
- Work with Development teams to ensure adherence to quality, cost, and schedule targets.
- Assist Engineers during concept development, prototyping, product testing, and manufacturing debug.
- Ideate, test, and evaluate new games.
- Provide technical advice and feasibility assessments for new product concepts.
- Connect with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Design, Project Management, Packaging, Quality, Legal, and Hasbro Far East Engineers, on product content issues throughout the development process.
- Create product specification packages using Excel, Word, and our web-based product development system to define product content, functionality, cost, and delivery targets.
- Participate in cost review and value engineering efforts to meet business objectives.
- Potentially create parts and mechanisms with SolidWorks, depending on business need and candidate knowledge.
What We're Looking For
- Current undergraduate or graduate student (students graduating in 2025 are NOT eligible for Fall 2025 co-op).
- Co-op assignment can be a required or optional requirement for graduation.
- Available to work full-time from June - December 2025.
- Completion of at least one year of study towards a BS in Mechanical Engineering or Industrial Engineering.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong time and project management skills, with a desire to build proficiency in this area.
- Intermediate-level skills in MS Excel, Word, Outlook, and web-based applications.
- Previous project work or co-op experience in manufacturing, product design engineering, mechanism design, or compound development.
- Passion for collaboration, play, and consumer product development.

Work Mode
