About the Role

The Accelerated Agency is hiring for a CloudOne Digital Careers role to lead full-cycle B2B marketing efforts for enterprise customers. You will convert prospects, increase account value through targeted upsell plays, and reduce churn across key customer segments.

What You'll Do

  • Assist in developing Enterprise ICP-specific lifecycle strategies for email, SMS, and proactive live chat.
  • Define segment-specific customer journeys mapping acquisition, upsell, cross-sell, and retention touchpoints.
  • Partner with Product Marketing to align lifecycle messaging with product positioning and upgrade paths.
  • Develop and manage audience segments for each Enterprise ICP, tailoring content, offers, and CTAs.
  • Ensure data hygiene, list maintenance, and integration between marketing automation platforms and CRM.
  • Build, launch, and manage automated and ad hoc campaigns across email, SMS, and proactive live chat.
  • Code responsive HTML emails, collaborate with creative for assets, and ensure brand consistency.
  • Configure lifecycle journeys, triggers, and segmentation in the marketing automation platform.
  • Deploy proactive AI live chat triggers tied to ICP behaviors and lifecycle stages.
  • Monitor and improve lifecycle KPIs including Net-New MRR, expansion MRR, attach rate of add-ons, churn rate, and NRR.
  • Use behavior-based triggers (e.g., CPU usage, plan limits, abandoned carts) to launch timely upgrade/cross-sell prompts.
  • Conduct A/B tests on messaging, offers, and timing to maximize conversion and retention rates.
  • Work with Paid Media, SEO, and Content teams to align top-of-funnel acquisition with lifecycle messaging.
  • Partner with Creative for campaign assets and CRO team for landing page optimization.
  • Coordinate with BI for customer segmentation, reporting, and journey performance insights.

What We're Looking For

  • 5+ years in B2B lifecycle, CRM, or retention marketing.
  • Proven track record building automated, multi-channel lifecycle programs that drive revenue growth.
  • Strong understanding of customer segmentation, ICP-based marketing, and behavior-driven triggers.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM & email/SMS automation platforms (e.g., 6Sense, Salesforce, Customer.io, HubSpot).
  • HTML/CSS skills for email coding.
  • Data-driven mindset with ability to interpret KPIs and recommend optimizations.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Strong collaboration skills for working across marketing, product, and creative teams.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in SaaS, hosting, or ecommerce.
