Sales Executive Role
We're seeking an accomplished sales professional with a proven track record of crushing quotas by selling innovative software and hardware solutions to enterprise and public sector clients. Our Sales Executives manage significant territories, develop strategic business approaches, and collaborate with local, regional, and national partners. Working alongside world-class Pre-Sales Engineers, you'll build relationships that generate new business opportunities.
We think you're a good fit if you're passionate about:
- Prospecting end user accounts for new business
- Driving demand for Avigilon's cloud-native video security platform
- Presenting Avigilon Alta software-defined security platforms to CISOs, security experts, integrators, consultants, and education leaders
- Developing local and regional partnerships to design, configure, sell, install, and support Avigilon Alta solutions
- Teaming with engineering resources to ensure technical excellence in positioning, competitive analysis, proposals, RFP responses, and POCs
- Providing customers and partners with tailored pricing and configurations
- Accurately forecasting and reporting sales activity
- Collaborating with Sales Engineers to close business and exceed targets
- Building high-level account relationships to win incremental product and service business
- Staying informed about the competitive landscape
Experience Requirements:
- Enterprise SaaS sales experience (security industry experience a plus)
- Proven, quantifiable track record of over-achievement
- Sales experience in mid-market, large enterprise, and public sector accounts
- Strong "hunter" background with consistent success
- Technical and C-level communication skills
- Good security market knowledge
- Self-starter mentality with goal-oriented approach
- Business acumen and contract/pricing experience
- Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills
- Salesforce.com and CRM tool proficiency
- Ability to travel up to 50% of the time
Target Base Salary Range: $67,100 - $148,400 USD
(Pay varies based on individual skills and experience)

- Bachelor's degree or 5+ years of technical sales experience
