In this role you
You'll be the go-to tech wizard responsible for diving deep into database challenges, troubleshooting electro-mechanical hiccups, providing expert-level support for escalations, conducting forensic-like root cause analyses, managing support tickets with precision, crafting knowledge articles, and escalating complex issues to senior specialists when needed.
Your role:
• Diagnose and resolve database gremlins, provide rock-solid support for database-related queries, and optimize performance like a digital pit crew.• Tackle moderate electro-mechanical equipment or software application issues head-on, pinpointing problems and implementing fix-it strategies to restore full functionality.• Bring technical expertise to escalations by thoroughly assessing customer problems and determining the right support approach across clinical, marketing, or R&D domains.• Perform root cause autopsies after escalations, implementing corrective actions to prevent issue recurrence. Meticulously create, update, and manage support tickets to ensure ironclad tracking, resolution, and documentation of technical challenges and user requests.
You're the right fit if:
- You've got a High School Diploma, Vocational Education, or Bachelor's in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Technical Support, or Customer Service Management. Bonus points for Microsoft Certified Azure Database Administrator or CPHIMS/CAHIMS certification.
- 2+ years of experience in Technical Support, Customer Support, Electronics, IT or equivalent with Vocational Education. We'll love you even more with 5+ years in Database Administration and Technical Support.
- Prefer deep experience in Microsoft SQL database architecture/Administration, T-SQL, Azure, Oracle, AWS.
- You must be able to successfully perform the minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this Office/Remote position.

We believe teamwork makes the dream work. For office-based teams, that means showing up in person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in our facilities. Field roles happen where the action is - typically at customers' or suppliers' locations.

- The pay range for this position in AZ, AR, ID, IA, KS, KY, LA, ME, MS, MO, NE, NM, OK, SC, SD, TN, UT, or WV is $37 to $59 hourly.
- The pay range for this position in AL, CO, FL, GA, HI, IL, IN, MI, MN, NV, NH, NC, ND, OH, OR, PA, TX, VT, VA, WI, or WY is $38 to $62 hourly
- The pay range for this position in AK, DE, MD, NY, RI, or WA State is $40 to $65 hourly
- The pay range for this position in Bothell,WA, CA, CT, DC, MA, or NJ is $43 to $69 hourly
The actual base pay offered may vary within the posted ranges depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.
In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered.
