Mutt Data is looking for a Cloud IT Support Analyst to join our team. This is a fully remote position for candidates based in Argentina.
What You'll Do
- Provide technical support for cloud-based IT infrastructure and services
- Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve system and network issues
- Monitor cloud environments and ensure operational health
- Collaborate with team members to implement and maintain IT solutions
- Document processes, incidents, and resolutions
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in a cloud IT support or related role
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
- Ability to work independently and communicate effectively in a remote setting
