About the Role

Atmosera is hiring a Cloud Desktop Support Technician to deliver technical support services for cloud desktop environments. You will work directly with users and administrators to resolve issues and maintain system health from a remote location.

What You'll Do

  • Provide remote technical support and troubleshooting for cloud desktop users
  • Diagnose and resolve issues related to connectivity, performance, and access
  • Escalate complex technical problems to relevant engineering teams
  • Document support tickets, solutions, and procedures clearly
  • Proactively monitor systems and participate in service improvement initiatives

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience in a technical support role, preferably with cloud or virtual desktop infrastructure
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for diagnosing technical issues
  • Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting
  • Residency in Latin America (LATAM)

Work Mode

This is a fully remote position for candidates based in Latin America (LATAM). You will collaborate with a global team and support clients across different time zones.
