United Franchise Group is hiring a Closer Expert High Ticket to join a fast-growing project empowering women. You will be the final link in the sales journey, guiding qualified prospects through personalized calls to secure their enrollment in a high-value coaching and formation program. This is a 100% remote role requiring availability during French business hours.
What You'll Do
- Lead individual 30-45 minute calls with pre-qualified leads to present the program offer, address objections, and confirm eligibility.
- Review prospect profiles before each call to tailor your commercial approach and adapt the provided sales framework to your style.
- Record all calls via Fatom and execute post-call follow-ups via email, DM, voicemail, and WhatsApp.
- Update the iClosed CRM after every interaction with status, notes, and key objections.
- Manage the sales process through to the effective close, including contract, payment, and client onboarding in collaboration with the operational team.
- Provide weekly reporting to the operational manager via dashboard and an oral debrief.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience as a High Ticket Closer with a concrete track record on offers priced at €2,000+ in the coaching/formation space.
- A results-oriented mindset that aligns with the program's values, without relying on high-pressure tactics.
- Availability to work French hours (day, evening, and potentially weekends).
- Comfort and skill in engaging with ambitious, sometimes disorganized, female prospects.
- Mastery of sales mechanics within a coaching/formation context.
- Rigorous, empathetic, and autonomous working style.
Nice to Have
- Previous experience in the infopreneurship universe, ideally with offerings targeted towards women.
- Knowledge of Eva Travel's branding, or an affinity for the fields of content creation, influence, or female entrepreneurship.

Team & Environment
You will work closely with the operational team and report weekly to the operational manager. This high-impact role contributes directly to the financial transformation of dozens of ambitious women.
