10x Team is looking for a Chief Legal Officer (CLO) to serve as a freelance AI Trainer. In this 8-20 hours per week role, you will apply your deep legal expertise to train and refine advanced AI models, directly influencing their performance on high-stakes legal tasks.
What You'll Do
- Train AI systems by creating and evaluating sophisticated legal scenarios and responses
- Analyze and critique AI-generated legal documents, arguments, and strategic advice
- Provide nuanced, expert feedback to improve the model's legal reasoning and accuracy
- Work directly with AI researchers and engineers to define project goals and success metrics
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience as a Chief Legal Officer, General Counsel, or equivalent senior legal executive
- Deep expertise in corporate law, compliance, risk management, and complex legal strategy
- Ability to explain intricate legal concepts with clarity and precision
- Available for 8-20 hours per week on a flexible, freelance basis
Nice to Have
- Experience in multiple legal domains (e.g., M&A, IP, international law, regulatory affairs)
- Familiarity with legal technology tools and platforms
- Background in legal education, training, or mentorship
