The Clinical Template Officer is an early-career clinical role within Heidi's Medical Knowledge Team. In this position, you'll transform real clinical documentation into high-quality, customizable templates for use in Heidi’s AI Care Partner platform, collaborating closely with Customer Success and Go-To-Market teams during onboarding and directly engaging with users to optimize templates and deliver clinical and product support.
What You'll Do
- Review real clinical documentation and interpret how different clinicians structure their notes
- Translate clinical documentation into high-quality, customizable note and document templates compatible with Heidi
- Collaborate with Customer Success, Go-To-Market, and Medical Knowledge teams to understand new users’ clinical requirements
- Develop new templates during customer onboarding to deliver immediate value
- Engage directly with existing users to optimize and enhance their existing templates
- Identify friction points in template usage and improve outputs to meet clinical needs
- Drive template masterclasses and educational initiatives to help users become self-sufficient
- Triage and respond to user inquiries with clinical understanding and product knowledge
- Resolve user issues quickly to build trust with clinicians using Heidi daily
- Develop a deep understanding of Heidi and how clients use the product in clinical workflows
- Learn to use a wide variety of AI and software tools to work more efficiently
What We're Looking For
- Early career medical, nursing, allied, mental health, veterinary, or dental professional
- Keen to start a career in healthtech with a focus on AI and content
- Non-clinicians will not be considered for this role
- Quick learner who can learn Heidi's product quickly
- Able to work autonomously with high levels of accountability
- Organised with effective time management skills
- Highly motivated with strong written and verbal communication skills
- Genuine excitement about Heidi's mission to transform clinical care
- Genuine excitement about the potential of AI in healthcare
