About the Role
The role involves delivering clinical expertise, technical support, and product training to hearing health professionals to drive the successful implementation and adoption of advanced hearing technologies.
Responsibilities
- Provide clinical and technical support for hearing implant systems and related devices
- Deliver product training to audiologists, surgeons, and clinical teams
- Conduct equipment demonstrations for medical and audiological professionals
- Support surgical procedures with real-time technical assistance
- Collaborate with sales teams to meet regional business goals
- Respond to technical inquiries from clinical partners
- Troubleshoot device performance and software issues
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of hearing implant technology
- Participate in pre- and post-operative patient evaluations
- Assist in fitting and programming of sound processors
- Deliver educational workshops and clinical training sessions
- Ensure compliance with clinical safety and regulatory standards
- Gather and report clinical feedback for product improvement
- Support clinical trials and evidence-based research initiatives
- Coordinate with external partners for equipment calibration
Nice to Have
- Certification in audiology or hearing sciences
- Hands-on experience with cochlear implant mapping software
- Prior work in a sales or technical consultant role
- Exposure to multidisciplinary clinical teams
- Experience supporting surgical implant procedures
