Agfa Healthcare is hiring a Clinical Sales Consultant

This role is central to connecting clinical needs with advanced imaging solutions. As a Clinical Sales Consultant, you will engage with both new and existing healthcare clients, focusing on understanding their operational workflows and clinical challenges. Your expertise will guide how technology integrates into real-world radiology environments, ensuring solutions align with diagnostic goals and departmental efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct in-depth assessments of client workflows to identify opportunities where technology can enhance clinical outcomes and operational performance
  • Deliver clear, confident, and technically accurate product demonstrations that reflect a comprehensive understanding of imaging systems and their integration within healthcare settings
  • Address variations in clinical practice by tailoring recommendations and educating clients on optimal use cases to maximize return on investment
  • Support clients after implementation by advising on optimization strategies that improve satisfaction and long-term success
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery and alignment with client objectives
  • Respond to management direction and contribute to broader sales and service initiatives as needed

Qualifications

Candidates must hold a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and possess RT certification. A minimum of five years of hands-on experience as a Radiologic Technologist in a clinical radiology setting is required, with a strong foundation in cross-sectional imaging such as MRI and CT. You should have a demonstrated ability to conduct clinical sales demonstrations and a deep understanding of diagnostic workflows and objectives.

Essential qualities include excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset. The role demands a team player who thrives in collaborative environments and brings creativity to problem-solving. Willingness to travel up to 75% of the time is necessary.

Preference will be given to candidates with at least five years of clinical demonstration experience, particularly in Women’s Care and Advanced Image Processing.
