Lead clinical research efforts in a fast-paced environment dedicated to advancing treatments for respiratory and infectious diseases through human challenge trials. As a Study Physician, you will guide clinical teams, ensure medical protocols are followed, and contribute to the design and execution of high-impact studies.
Key Responsibilities
- Direct and supervise clinical staff during active study phases
- Support the planning and oversight of clinical trial protocols
- Perform medical assessments and manage study-related clinical tasks
- Conduct volunteer screenings to identify eligible candidates for trials
Qualifications
- Valid medical degree and current UK General Medical Council registration (without conditions)
- Holding a valid ALS or ACLS certification
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken
- At least two years of post-foundation training with prescribing experience in fields such as internal medicine, general practice, emergency care, respiratory medicine, or infectious diseases
- Proficiency in phlebotomy and cannulation techniques
- Familiarity with the UK healthcare system
