Vail Health Private is looking for a Clinical Research Facilitator to provide direct facilitation for its Behavioral Health Innovation Center studies. This position supports research protocols by preparing participants, monitoring psilocybin dosing sessions, and assisting with therapeutic integration as a licensed or provisionally licensed therapist.
What You'll Do
- Prepare study participants for visits, monitor dosing sessions alongside another facilitator, and support post-session therapeutic integration.
- Maintain a supportive and safe environment for participants during all research procedures.
- Participate in team meetings to identify operational challenges and recommend solutions.
- Assist in problem resolution efforts, such as protocol revisions.
- Collect research data, conduct interviews, and document results while ensuring data accuracy and participant confidentiality.
- Adhere to all institutional and regulatory guidelines regarding confidentiality and ethical conduct.
- Role model the principles of a Just Culture and Organizational Values.
- Maintain HIPAA compliance.
What We're Looking For
- Graduation from an accredited college or university with a bachelor’s degree in psychology, neuroscience, social work, or a related health field.
- State of Colorado Candidate Licensure in a Behavioral Health field, such as Licensed Psychologist (LP), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
Nice to Have
- One year of clinical experience in a licensed mental health care setting.
- One year of experience in psilocybin-related clinical trials.
- A master’s degree in psychology, counseling, social work, or neuroscience.
- Ability to work effectively with vulnerable populations in a research or clinical setting.
