About the Role

Precision for Medicine is looking for a Clinical Research Associate II to monitor and oversee the progress of clinical studies at investigative sites. You will be responsible for ensuring studies are conducted, recorded, and reported in accordance with the protocol, SOPs, ICH-GCP, and all applicable regulations.

What You'll Do

  • Monitor and own the progress of clinical studies at investigative sites.
  • Ensure clinical studies are conducted, recorded, and reported per protocol, SOPs, ICH-GCP, and all applicable regulations and standards.
  • Coordinate all necessary activities required to set up and monitor a study, such as identifying investigators, helping prepare regulatory submissions, and conducting pre-study and initiation visits.

What We're Looking For

  • A life science degree and/or equivalent experience.
  • 2 years or more as a CRA in either a CRO or pharmaceutical/biotech industry or equivalent, relevant experience and/or demonstrated competencies.
  • Site management or equivalent experience in clinical research.
  • Availability for domestic travel including overnight stays, as required, which may constitute up to approximately 50-60% travel commitment.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills. A team player.
  • Evidence of a client focused approach.
  • Fluency in English and Dutch.

Nice to Have

  • French language skills.
  • Oncology monitoring experience.
  • Study start-up activities experience.

Team & Environment

This is a remote-based position with travel to sites for monitoring visits. Working in a smaller CRO allows for significant influence and impact, with support from direct line management. Work Mode

This is a remote position open to candidates based in Belgium or the Netherlands.
