Deliver personalized mental health care through secure video consultations, working with individuals facing a range of clinical concerns including anxiety, depression, trauma, eating disorders, addiction, and schizophrenia. Sessions typically last 60 minutes and are conducted remotely, with occasional opportunities for in-person meetings when needed.
What You'll Do
- Conduct individual therapy sessions using evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, or Solution-Focused Brief Therapy
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary clinical team to enhance service delivery and contribute to platform improvements
- Support clients in achieving personal growth and symptom management within a structured yet adaptable care framework
Requirements
- Hold a Master’s degree in Counselling or Clinical Psychology
- Have completed at least 300 hours of supervised clinical practice after your degree
- Demonstrate proficiency in English and at least one local Nigerian language
- Apply established therapeutic techniques effectively in virtual settings
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience providing counselling to working professionals, through Employee Assistance Programs, or in coaching leadership roles
- Willingness to conduct sessions in person when required by client needs or clinical judgment
