Intellect Care is seeking a Clinical Provider to join our team delivering essential mental health services. In this role, you will provide direct, high-quality telehealth support to clients, focusing on complex clinical presentations. You will also play a key part in enhancing our care delivery by working collaboratively with the internal clinical team.
What You'll Do
- Provide 1-on-1 telehealth mental health support for clients on the Intellect platform.
- Focus on clinical cases such as depression, anxiety, trauma, schizophrenia, eating disorders, and addiction.
- Collaborate with the internal clinical team by suggesting improvements to the program and the platform.
What We're Looking For
- A Master's degree in Counselling or Clinical Psychology.
- Skilled in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy or other evidence-based approaches (e.g., Motivational Interviewing, DBT, SFBT).
- At least 300 clinical hours post-masters degree.
- Ability to communicate professionally in English and your local language.
Nice to Have
- Prior experience in EAP, counselling working adults, or coaching managerial roles.
- Openness to working onsite if necessary at one of our private spaces in Seattle, WA.
Work Mode
This role operates on a hybrid model and is based in Seattle, WA, USA.
