The Clinical Project Manager (Clinical PM) at ProTrials Research, Inc. is responsible for the overall coordination and strategic management of clinical trials from inception through completion. This role serves as the primary point of contact with sponsors and internal teams, ensuring compliance with protocols, Good Clinical Practice (GCP), and study objectives while leading and motivating the clinical team.
What You'll Do
- Provide overall coordination and strategic management of a clinical trial from inception through implementation and completion
- Serve as the primary contact with the sponsor, clinical team, and other functional groups
- Effectively delegate and oversee team members
- Ensure all study team members are appropriately trained on the study
- Maintain compliance with GCP, the protocol, other associated documents, scope of work, and other clinical objectives
- Serve as an effective team leader who manages and motivates team members using positive and productive methods of communication
- Support team member mentorship, as needed
What We're Looking For
- Experience in clinical research
- Knowledge of GCP (Good Clinical Practice)
- Ability to manage and coordinate clinical trials from inception through completion
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to ensure team compliance with protocols and regulatory standards
