Alimentiv is looking for a Clinical Project Coordinator to join our Clinical Study Delivery team. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating clinical projects, ensuring they are delivered effectively and meet study objectives.
What You'll Do
- Coordinate and manage key aspects of assigned clinical projects
- Act as a central point of contact for project-related activities
- Support the Clinical Study Delivery team in tracking study progress and milestones
- Assist with the preparation and organization of study documentation and materials
- Contribute to ensuring projects adhere to timelines and regulatory requirements
What We're Looking For
- Experience coordinating activities within a clinical research or project delivery environment
- Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented setting
- Proficiency with standard office software and project tracking tools
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Work Mode
This is a remote position open to candidates based in Frankfurt, Berlin, Cologne, Dusseldorf, Hamburg, Munich, or Stuttgart.
