Atria Physician Practice New York PC is hiring a Clinical Informatics Operations Manager & Trainer for our Los Angeles operations. In this onsite role, you will be responsible for providing on-site support and training for our EHR and other clinical systems, ensuring clinicians and staff leverage technology to enhance patient care, quality, and operational efficiency. Our mission is to make healthspan and lifespan equal for all by translating science into medicine in real-time, all while bringing humanity back into health care.
What You'll Do
- Support ongoing usage of the AthenaOne EHR and other clinical and non-clinical tools.
- Monitor system performance, ensure data integrity, and troubleshoot technical issues.
- Set-up new employees on clinical systems and configure EHR as needed to meet clinical workflows.
- Proactively identify potential areas of improvement in EHR and clinical systems, and partner with stakeholders to design implementation methods.
- Collaborate with Informatics, IT, and Clinical teams to integrate systems efficiently and optimize workflows.
- Conduct on-site one-on-one and group training sessions for users of clinical systems.
- Develop job-aids and training materials to support various workflows and tools.
- Travel to various locations to support onboarding new staff and training existing staff (up to 50% domestic travel).
- Contribute to a knowledge base to support users such as FAQ and job aids.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience providing EHR support and training in a clinical setting.
- Strong ability to troubleshoot technical issues and ensure system integrity.
- Experience configuring clinical systems to meet operational workflows.
- Demonstrated skill in developing training materials and leading effective training sessions.
- Excellent collaboration skills to partner with cross-functional teams.
- Willingness and ability to travel up to 50% domestically.

Benefits & Compensation
- Salary range: $125,000 - $145,000
