Sprinter Health is hiring a Clinical Director of Virtual Care to oversee the strategy, clinical quality, and operations of our virtual care delivery. This role is central to scaling our services and ensuring exceptional patient outcomes through digital health.
What You'll Do
- Lead the strategic vision and day-to-day operations of Sprinter Health's virtual care services.
- Develop and implement clinical protocols, standards, and quality assurance measures for virtual interactions.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, and clinical teams to enhance the virtual care platform.
- Analyze performance metrics and patient feedback to drive continuous improvement in care delivery.
- Ensure all virtual care practices comply with relevant healthcare regulations and accreditation standards.
What We're Looking For
- Active, unrestricted RN, NP, PA, or MD license.
- 5+ years of clinical experience, with 2+ years in a leadership role within telehealth, virtual care, or digital health.
- Proven track record of designing, launching, or managing clinical programs in a virtual setting.
- Deep understanding of telehealth regulations, reimbursement models, and best practices.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
Nice to Have
- Experience working in a fast-paced startup or high-growth healthcare technology company.
- Background in primary care, chronic disease management, or behavioral health integration.
- Familiarity with clinical quality measurement and improvement methodologies.
