Key Responsibilities
- Examine clinical records thoroughly to assign correct diagnostic and treatment codes using recognized classification systems.
- Ensure all coding activities follow current regulatory standards and internal quality benchmarks.
- Work directly with medical staff to clarify documentation and resolve coding inconsistencies.
- Keep current with evolving coding standards, medical guidelines, and changes in healthcare policy.
- Produce regular reports for internal audits, compliance checks, and performance tracking.
- Engage in ongoing learning and professional development to maintain coding proficiency.

Compensation & Benefits
This full-time position offers an annual salary of £25,400, with part-time options available (minimum 15 hours per week).
