Philips seeks a Clinical Applications Specialist - Cardiovascular Ultrasound to combine clinical expertise and sales support for our medical imaging products. In this customer-facing role, you will be the primary clinical liaison, ensuring clients achieve excellent outcomes through education and support.
What You'll Do
- Provide pre-sales support and deliver post-sales application training using strong organization and customer service skills.
- Schedule and conduct onsite application trainings, go-lives, and ongoing clinical support for end users.
- Assist sales teams with customer presentations, demonstrations, trials, site visits, and event support.
- Confirm product readiness by performing clinical configurations and setup as required.
- Foster strong customer relationships to understand needs and develop tailored training solutions.
- Collaborate with sales and services teams to facilitate the resolution of customer issues.
- Partner internally on business priorities, new product introductions, and providing clinical input for proposals.
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of experience as a Cardiovascular Sonographer.
- Completion of a diagnostic medical sonography program from an accredited institution.
- Verification of certification and registration in good standing with Sonography Canada in a Canadian province.
- Direct experience in cardiovascular ultrasound.
- Willingness to adhere to any additional certification required by customer facilities for access.
Nice to Have
- Knowledge of Philips ultrasound equipment and applications.
- Prior experience delivering clinical training and education.
- Fluent written and verbal capabilities in both English and French.

- Compensation range: $77,000 to $121,000 CAD plus a company/fleet car.

Work Mode
This is a hybrid remote role requiring travel to support customers. The position is open to candidates located in Ontario, Nova Scotia, New Brunswick, and Newfoundland.
