The Clinical Account Manager (CAM) is a remote sales role at Sobi, responsible for driving demand and promoting Sobi’s products among Rheumatologists in the Central Plains region. The CAM executes marketing strategies, delivers clinical product information, and achieves sales targets while ensuring compliance with all regulatory and corporate standards.
What You'll Do
- Act as the primary customer contact for sales demand creation by executing marketing strategy and promoting Sobi products.
- Provide current and comprehensive clinical knowledge of Sobi’s products and communicate on-label information effectively.
- Achieve or exceed territory sales targets by executing Plan of Action (POA) marketing strategies.
- Deliver branded sales messages to customers.
- Represent Sobi at local meetings.
- Develop and implement a territory business plan.
- Conduct weekly analysis of sales data to prioritize physician calls.
- Ensure accurate reporting of sales and market activities.
- Maintain strict compliance with corporate, regulatory, state, and federal guidelines.
- Achieve and exceed sales and business objectives using data-driven insights and a patient-centered approach.
- Analyze market dynamics and identify growth opportunities.
- Use competitive insights to enhance customer experience and product performance.
