As a Client Support Specialist at Fidelity, you will work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment focused on enhancing relationships with high net worth clients who have assets between $250,000 and $1 million. This role involves handling complex service and investment needs, increasing customer loyalty, and supporting business development through inbound customer engagement.
What You'll Do
- Engage with customers via inbound calls to respond to inquiries
- Provide product and service level guidance
- Process transactions including options, equities, mutual funds, and fixed income trades
- Handle other specialized monetary requests
What We're Looking For
- Primary residence must be located within a 90 mile radius of Indianapolis or Carmel at the time of application
- Series 7 certification (required)
- Series 63 certification or ability to obtain within 90 days
- 2-3 years of previous financial services experience
- Broad based knowledge and understanding of general financial planning concepts
- Proven customer service, client support and problem resolution skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to effectively influence others
