Everything To Gain is seeking a Client Success Manager based in Serbia to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their success and satisfaction. You will be the primary point of contact, helping clients effectively leverage our solutions to drive mutual growth.
What You'll Do
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.
- Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and needs.
- Help clients leverage solutions effectively to drive mutual growth.
- Identify opportunities for collaboration and expansion.
- Provide strategic guidance to enhance the client experience.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure client requirements are met.
- Communicate client feedback internally to drive continuous improvement.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in account management, partnership management, or customer success roles.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to analyze partner performance metrics and derive actionable insights.
- Experience in building and maintaining long-term partner relationships.
- Skilled in project management and coordinating cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and analytics software.
- Willingness to travel as needed to meet with partners and attend industry events.
