About the Role

PHMG is hiring a Client Success Manager to ensure the seamless execution of audio branding strategies. You will act as a trusted advisor and partner to clients, translating their brand visions into sonic identities. This role is central to driving an unparalleled client experience and fostering meaningful, lasting relationships.

What You'll Do

  • Work closely with clients to understand their brand values, objectives, and target audience, developing robust relationships.
  • Provide prompt and clear communication at every stage of the project, keeping clients informed about progress and challenges.
  • Collaborate with creative and technology experts to translate client requirements into impactful audio branding solutions.
  • Use data-driven insights to manage multiple projects simultaneously, from concept to delivery.
  • Ensure each project receives the attention it deserves, guaranteeing timely delivery without compromising quality.
  • Foresee challenges and proactively develop solutions to keep projects on track.
  • Approach KPIs with a sense of ownership and commitment to delivering exceptional results.
  • Maintain thorough records of client interactions, project progress, and feedback.
  • Embrace a mindset of continuous improvement, seeking out feedback from peers and management.

What We're Looking For

  • Extensive experience in a process-driven B2B Account Management role.
  • Unrivalled attention to detail, creativity, and initiative.
  • Ability to spot opportunities to increase revenue within an account base.
  • Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple ongoing projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Team & Environment

You will report directly to the Client Services Manager.
