About the Role

Launch Potato is seeking a Client Success Manager to manage and grow key client relationships. You will execute data-driven performance marketing strategies to exceed customer acquisition goals, while ensuring seamless collaboration across the organization.

What You'll Do

  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, balancing their demands with internal company goals.
  • Proactively identify and execute opportunities to scale client accounts, achieving profitability targets within the first 6 months.
  • Own the client onboarding experience to decrease time-to-launch through strong internal coordination.
  • Manage day-to-day campaign execution, ensuring deliverables are completed on time and aligned with client KPIs.
  • Provide daily, weekly, and monthly campaign updates using clear, compelling insights for technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Analyze performance data to optimize strategy in real-time and drive better outcomes across client portfolios.
  • Establish, develop, and maintain strong business relationships.
  • Stay ahead of digital marketing trends, with a strong understanding of affiliate marketing and user acquisition strategies.

What We're Looking For

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills to explain complex information to diverse stakeholders.
  • A proven track record in day-to-day client management, handling multiple accounts concurrently with strong attention to detail.
  • Strong negotiation skills and the ability to leverage data to showcase performance that aids business growth.
  • Strong analytical skills to decipher data and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
  • The ability to build and nurture client relationships while proactively identifying growth opportunities.
  • 2+ years of digital marketing or affiliate marketing experience, with a focus on performance marketing and client relationship management.

Nice to Have

  • Familiarity with tracking platforms and reporting tools such as Everflow, Tune, HasOffers, or Looker.

This is a remote position open to candidates in Cali, Colombia.
