The Credit Pros is hiring a Client Success Agent to deliver exceptional phone-based support from your home office. In this role, you will resolve platform issues, manage account and billing inquiries, and contribute directly to client satisfaction and revenue growth.
What You'll Do
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat following standard procedures.
- Use TCP’s toolset, including Microsoft Suite, Salesforce, ZOHO, and Hodu, for daily operations.
- Log, review, and follow up on customer requests to ensure resolution.
- Investigate and research issues to provide accurate solutions.
- Maintain and update customer records during all interactions.
- Achieve key performance indicators for client-facing time, call quality, and occupancy.
- Address collections and billing inquiries, including payment plans, account balances, and overdue payments.
- Clarify charges, generate statements, and process billing adjustments.
- Manage service cancellations by applying retention strategies and resolutions.
What We're Looking For
- Start date availability for March 16, 2025.
- A dedicated home workspace and readiness to receive equipment details during the interview process.
- Ability to work a schedule of 5 days a week, 40 hours/week, including a 9-hour shift with a 1-hour unpaid break (9 AM to 9 PM Eastern Time) Monday to Friday and Saturday post-training.
- Knowledge of the United States credit industry, including credit cards, lines of credit, and personal loans.
- A customer-first orientation with empathy and strong communication skills.
- A solution-oriented mindset and a hunger to learn and master TCP's technological suite.
