The Credit Pros is hiring a Bilingual (Spanish & English) Client Success Agent to provide remote, phone-based customer support. You will resolve product and platform issues, answer account and billing questions, and drive client satisfaction and revenue growth from a home office.
What You'll Do
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat following established procedures.
- Log, review, and follow up on customer requests and resolutions.
- Investigate, research, and provide accurate solutions for platform and account issues.
- Maintain and update customer records during interactions.
- Address collections and billing inquiries, including payment plans, account balances, and overdue payments.
- Clarify charges, generate statements, and process billing adjustments.
- Handle service cancellations, applying retention strategies to preserve client relationships.
- Achieve key performance indicators for client-facing time, call quality, and occupancy.
- Escalate and assign complex issues to relevant departments as needed.
What We're Looking For
- Fully bilingual or native proficiency in both Spanish and English communication.
- 1-2 years of customer service experience in a B2C financial or banking services industry.
- Knowledge of the United States credit industry, including credit cards, lines of credit, and personal loans.
- Customer-first orientation with an empathetic approach to client needs.
- Excellent communication skills and a solution-oriented mindset.
- Hunger to learn and equip yourself with our technological suite.
- Availability to work Monday through Saturday from 10:00 AM to 07:00 PM Eastern Time.
- Comfort working remotely in the Eastern Time Zone for an 8-hour shift, including unpaid breaks.
