Enerdomo is hiring a Client Specialist for École Vanguard School, where you will play a vital role in ensuring seamless communication and support for our diverse community. You'll be at the forefront of client relations, working closely with families and students to understand their unique needs and contribute to their success in regular academic programs.

What You'll Do

Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
Communicate effectively with clients, providing information and guidance on educational services offered by the school.
Collaborate with the educational team to tailor services that align with the unique requirements of clients, ensuring a personalized approach.
Assist in resolving client queries and concerns by liaising with relevant departments to provide timely and efficient solutions.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of client services by gathering feedback and participating in strategy development meetings.

What We're Looking For

Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, or a related field.
A minimum of 2 years of experience in client management or customer service, preferably within an educational setting.
Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with students, parents, and educational staff.
Proficiency in both French and English, with the ability to provide support in both languages.
Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Team & Environment

You will be part of a multidisciplinary team including special education teachers, remedial specialists, speech and language therapists, psychologists, and special care counselors.
